The poor resolution is really nothing in comparation to the real purpose of the vid : Baluga's comments. In my opinion, he is the best video maker of DC and this new video is, as usual, amazing. So please, stop talking about the resolution issue and lets talk about poker.
I have one question for you Andrew :
100BB deep, is there a situation where you would call a 3bet out of position ? I wonder in which situation and against what kind of player it would be profitable to do so?
Same question 200BB deep.
For your next vid I would like to see you a nl1000 with relatively tough opponents to see how to exploit regs.
Thanks

Don't really care about the quality. The commentary is so unbelievably good as usual in Balugawhale's videos that it more than makes up for slightly sub-par visual quality.
Great video as usual, excellent commentary.

As far as I know ghost vids are bonus content anyway... then who is going to complain about the sugar icing?
not bonus content, it is part of the "official content of DC" and was scheduled for last friday. give BW another series next season to compensate

Would like to see a FR ghost video at midstakes (2/4-5/10 would be awesome). I think a pause-able video like this one would be good for a FR video. Loved the FR content in your coaching tree and late night coaching videos.
Thanks

hey guys,
Just wanted to drop in here from Australia and comment on this video.
First, as you guys probably know, this is the first ghost video I've done where I've recorded the play first and the audio after. This is the reason for the smaller sized screen, something I didn't realize would be an issue until I was already in the middle of recording it, but that I did try to compensate for by enunciating the stack sizes, players and player types and positions. I wanted to try doing a pausable video instead of a free flowing video because I often feel like I have thoughts that get cut off as the action keeps moving quickly. I also often feel that when I 2-table, I don't see enough hands to really properly gather content (though sometimes I do, its just spotty), so that 4-tabling allowed for more scenarios to occur.
The delay on this video is still sort of a mystery to me. I began having trouble uploading files several days before this video was originally scheduled to be released (back in the states), and only recently was able to get it through despite trying a bajillion different connections. So, sorry about that.
If it's any consolation, I will definitely be back for more series in the future
. And more ghost vids obv.
again, sorry about the resolution. The next vid will probably be me 2-tabling and talking live while I play.

At first I was put off by the hole cards being difficult to read but then eventually I warmed to this video due in no small part to the excellent commentary I have come to expect from you, Andrew.
With that said, sometime around 31:00 you said you always respond to PM's but I sent you one last winter about your training course that never got a response. I dunno, maybe there was a problem with the server. I'm not holding a grudge or anything, I just always wondered if you got it or not.

Better not, he is struggling with his existing commitments as it is, no offense.
its true, taking advantage of my unique position in my youth and helping people get better at poker sometimes contest for my time, and recently i've been spending more time with life stuff than poker, but you can count on a lot of great content from me at DC in the future. I have a lot of new stuff that I've been formulating.

Hey Mr. Fantastic,
Somehow that slipped through the cracks. I had to double check to make sure I'd gotten it. Sorry I missed you before, if you still have similar questions PM me with your email address and I'll get you on the mailing list for future classes/seminars/other stuff. Balugapoker stuff is more or less on hold until October (though the forum is still active and I try to answer questions there every 2-3 days)

when I saw the commentaries I thought I wouldn't watch the whole video because of the video quality
but wow
pretty good stuff here
I'm really surprise with the thinking and how good it's explained in the video
I just think that you talk too fast, like if you were on drugs or something, but awesome vid anyway!

AA, table4, vs fishy/tilted opponent.
why do we ever want to fold to any sort of raise against him when we are on the top of our range and he is bad and tilting on the same time?
he will tiltraise any decent queen imo and probably other funny stuff...
i explain this in the vid, but at the time I thought I couldn't fold vs him because I thought he'd do tilty stuff like shove a Q or funny stuff, but by the end of the session, i changed my mind and thought it would've been a fold because the guy had clammed up so much. So, put it this way-- had he shoved, that time I would've called. Had the exact situation come up at the end of the video, I would've folded.
