villain is 24/21/5 folding 84% bb to steal with a 3b% from the bb of 3% from the bb (so TT, AQ is in his range).

he folds a lot on the turn to cbets, and i assume that he knows im gonna barrel turn with any two spades, KJ, AJ, J9 etc.

raise or call on the riveR?
