villain is pretty tight TAG running at 24/20. opening 17% of his hands from UTG and hes pretty tight vs my 3bets folding 75% to my 3bets over a large sample.
he also folds to approx 80% of cbets in 3bet pots. i havent caught him slow playing AA/KK/QQ ever so those hands are pretty unlikely.
i wouldnt be surprised to see him set mine here with small pp every now and then since stacks are deeper and he is IP vs what from his point of view looks like a very strong range (altho theres a bunch of suited connectors in my 3b range here).
we dont have any relevant meta game history in 3b pots.

I don't know why you check the turn and then flat. If you are looking for a check check, then chances are its a check fold scenario. You currently have committed only 590. You aren't 100% confident with your hand with the Jd hits to open up the flush possibility. I'd definitely say to fold the turn here if you are playing scared. Otherwise send out a turn bet to maintain control and if he flat calls Check folding the river isnt the worst thing I've ever seen.

i cant c-f the turn since i def have more than 30% in the hand. if i bet i dont know whether i should bet-call or bet-fold.

Tbh the more I think about this the more I think this turn is a c/f
If we put any more money we really have to get our stacks in, and if we do get our stacks in I imagine we have huge negative equity vs his range.
Seems like a v strange spot to c/f but I really dont like getting it in here.
So if thats the case how do we play the hand any other way?
What cards would we be barreling and what cards are we giving up on...

im barreling any brick. his range will be weighted towards medium-semi strong hands and they will check back on the turn. if we barrel hes gonna have a hard time folding AQ, KQs which is the biggest part oh his range. if he raises a brick turn im folding, he would never play any Q like that and i dont think hes capable of playing a draw like that.
