Villain in this hand is loose passive preflop, he runs about 43/14.
His range for calling 3bets is superwide,he calls with almost any hand that he opens with, regardless of position.
Im not sure what his 4bet range is for coldcalling in this spot, but i wouldnt be suprised at all that he setmines.
Also, he is the type of player that in spots like this also calls w +QQ.I have never seen him 4bet over 1,2k hands.

Anyway, in this hand, do i cbet? Its standard fold if he pushes?
(The other player that 3bet im not worried about, he 3bets very wide and im deffenatly comfortable getting it in.)

I haven't cbet in this hand, and he bet 50 and i called.Turn came a low spade and he instashoved.
I do think that he will take stabs with hands lower then my hand but im not sure.

I feel like i screwed up this hand bad, and tbh im never sure what to do in spots like this against any opponent.

I usually don't look to fold anything reasonable in a 4bet pot, so I probably cbet small and call or check/raise.

he might just call you with QQ+, but he's loose, you got JJ, and no A or K flopped, so if you lose it's a cooler imo. if you have enough hands on him, take a look at the 'bet in position' stat, which gives you an idea if he's the type to bet a lot when checked to. if he is, then i'd check to him, but as a standard i like hielko's like of betting small and finding a way to get all-in. you've only got 1.5x pot and his range contains many more hands than overpairs and TP.
