[quote]I like checking flop. I would just fold the turn.

would you opposed to making a 75% pot bet or is checking behind just too prudent a move in this spot? i only ask because i'm looking for a good reason not to CBet IP. thanks.

It seems like when you call the turn you are going to get in a situation similar to this on the river a ton because your range is so obv weak but I'm not sure thats a good enough reason to fold the turn

if that was the case he should probably 4-bet rather than put in money w/out initative in the worst possible situation (deep and OOP, not even relative position). seems to me his range is likely wider than average as you said, but still limited to good drawing hands.

meh I think he is going to be pretty happy to see the flop with a pretty wide range when he knows that he is going to see a 3 way flop pretty often and is this deep even oop

interesting, can you estimate a range then? when i say good drawing hands i mean like any PP and suited connectors, hands like KJs maybe, idk.

been thinking about this, i just can't see how flatting lots of hands would be good. is your opp really going to stack off postflop with AA for 200bb after you coldcall then start trying to stick all your money into the pot? he's getting about 17-1 from each player so i guess it can't be too bad, just seems really face up.

I think he's prob going to be calling with the better sc's, all suited broadways and all pp's. It is kind of faceup but that likely won't matter when we are playing against an aggrofish

also, wouldnt he be flatting QQ-AA hoping to keep the fish in the pot?

interesting, we should discuss this a bit. how does you play postflop then? i feel like we'd want to be donking a lot?

def agree with donking a lot. As we get deeper should the bb be more or less inclined to 3b AA?

Looking back on the hand I really dont like hielkos river call.

I mean I think the range of combos he reps as bluffs are super narrow because most flush draws would lead out turn because he cant expect the turn to be bet, and he reps a more rebust range by lead/leading (river blanks and completing cards) with a flush draw/big queens and seconds pair than going for a sophisticated c/r.

Thats why I understand why whitelime is wanting to fold the turn. On the river he has really few combos of missed draws, and I think your call on the river is bad.. FWIW I would never put AK in his river range, maybe KT, but why is that checking the turn..... it just doesnt make sense.
