This is a terrible river for him to bluff on so the only way you can call is he would shove for value with worse. Possible worse hands that might shove are KK, AA, and Qx where x<9, I don't see it. Pretty easy fold IMO.

Especially against something whom you mention to be calling down light (Is this sentence gramatically correct?) this seems to be a pretty easy fold, even though he just might do so with KK,AA. I just think this is TT,99,KJ,AQ,KQ way too often.
