It is player dependant. You should have a read and intention with what to do, before you make your calls. I believe raising and folding is better on all streets in the current hand, rather than calling. That is usualy my belief in most decisions. Calling is because you have a read and will know how he will react later in the hand. A read made on previous history, mainly on how he adjusts to you from what has been seen earlier.
If you do wanna spew around, I believe rasing turn all in is better than shoving river. But either is bad. You can also consider a min raise (or bigger) on the flop.

I would've folded the flop given your assumptions.

barrellers want you to call their cbet w/ mediocre hands and floats, so you have enough air in ur turn and river range for them to barrel. if you just fold to the cbet and strengthen ur turn range, his barreling strategy doesnt work any more.

I agree, that would be a good counter-strategy. However, how would we go about incorporating it in our overall gameplan after calling preflop with KJs? In order to have a stronger turn/river range vs his barrels, wouldn't that require us to fold a large percentage of flops, thus playing very close to fit or fold? How can we compensate for this, or do we have to at all, given that he'll barrel so much when we do actually hit?

When you do call, raise more flops with a wider range.
