Ugh, sorry, didn´t see that you posted in the MSNL forum. Assuming that you purposely did, "The thin red line" from gindcore actually might be a good starting point.

Plenty other vids are pretty good as well, I like the balugawhale series on (preflop) aggression as well as "where the buffalo roams" for breaking down ranges. ..

Heaps of good material that should keep you busy for some time...
