Hi, and thanks for reading.
I am really excited with the dc spirit,
and trying to live the full experience.
I am just starting to study the game in depth, and
I am here looking for enlightment.

All comments appreciated.
The Villain stats: 51/21 in 1000+ Hands.
I am perceived as a lagtard PreF, and a nitty fish PostFlop I guess (which is really really close to my current fish status):

preflop i 3bet most of the time here. calling is not terrible but i like 3betting more.

you definitely have to raise the flop tho, it is way to drawy and the CO range is pretty big so he can actually flop some draws here. calling the flop is no option here imo.
minraising the turn gives way too good odds to him and you could also type in the chat "i'm scared."
having misplayed the flop and turn i don't think i have to comment on the river since you actually are never in this spot if you play solid postflop.

i really have the impression that you are scared postflop. you saying about yourself "i'm a nitty fish postflop" really fits to this hand. what makes you scared? the money? move down then, it is no shame. lack of knowledge? play less, learn more. you have probably the best stuff on the internet here with the small and midstakes videos perfectly fitting to your problem.

my advice would be to learn a lot more, play less and play lower. you aren't ready to play at 400nl and you'll burn money.

I really appreciate your post, CoRdo.

Even I have learned to play poker 2 years ago,
I am in a moment where I feel scared about the money, even at NL200.
It's not a bankroll problem, it's more a mind issue.
Sucks, but it's something I will have to overcome, if I want to grow.

Regarding the strategy content (and leaving the psychological approach),
Can you elaborate why do you think that minraises the Turn says "I'm Scared"?
I don't understand that.

Thanks again.

well with your image (people prob recognize you as a fish) you might have flopped like a set and try to get the money in but don't want to scare them out. thats a fish line with strong hands and i might be wrong saying this looks super scared. in most cases hand posters are tags/lags who know what they do to some degree and most know that calling this flop and minraising turn as a regular makes no sense. reasons are protection etc. so a play making no sense and being a minimum raise from a good player sends to me "i am scared." if hero was a solid player i would, in villains spot, shove pretty light since big hands are completely out of range. however, with your image as a fish, this looks much stronger. guess that was a mistake by me.

edit: note that board texture is critical here. it's a standard raised pot on a very drawy board. minraising here invites draws to call. however, no hand which flopped very big is immune to draws here, maybe 56 of hearts, but thats it.
if the pot was 3bet and a dry board, minraises can easily be made with strong hands by good players, often when villain has no chance to fold to them. given that, its a good bluff, too. but thats an other topic
