Hero has some kind of history with villain because some hands earlier there was this hand: all fold, villain is sb and raises, hero is bb and 3bets, villain 4bets and calls hero's shove with 9To (hero had ATo fwiw).
So hero sees villain as a badlag, and villain is probably a bit tilted.

BB: $980.00
UTG: $940.00
MP: $2345.00
Hero: $2936.51
BTN: $1136.25
SB: $1180.00

Hero has Kd Td

Pre Flop: ($15.00)
1 fold, MP raises to $30, Hero calls $30, 3 folds

Flop: ($75.00) Qd 4h 8d (2 players)
MP bets $46.00, Hero calls $46

Turn: ($167.00) 6h (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $120.00, MP raises to $330, Hero calls $210

River: ($827.00) 4d (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $400.00, MP raises to $1939, Hero ???

I bet 400 to depolarize range and is often a bet to induce a push.So i suppose that if he knows this when he push should be 90% true

I'm not sure what you're exactly saying in your 2nd post, but I think you mean that you bet that small to induce, which he knows, so he'll only shove for value? That makes your betsize horrible as he'll play perfect.

I'd snap because of the spazz factor.

Why you think so?After check\raising turn I don t think he has a checkcalling range on river...so he will push or fold.In this case (if you agree) we can bet like 400 or 650 maybe.
I think 400 induces more and if he has nothing he folds anyway.Am i wrong?
I folded bcs I thought he knows it was a bet to induce.

But why not just check back then, if he's either gonna fold worse or shove better and you have to fold. Inducing is only good if you actually get shoves by worse so you can call.

Id call. One he is obv tilting a bit so could be spazz bluffing or could be spazz raisng with worse. Also what does he have? Doesnt a set raise the turn which leaves his only possible holding 6-4? When you raise the turn he prob doesnt put you on a flush draw and when you bet river so small again he prob doesnt put you on a flush so sees this as a good card to bluff. Does villain really know you so well that he knows you bet this size to induce? I doubt it. I think hes tilting and sees a good river card to bluff.
