I checked to get some action from air hands + under pairs turned into bluffs.
If I bet I think I get action mostly from hands that beats me.

Do you think he can do this as a bluff? I mean that sizing. If he thinks I am on underpair I would certainly call 300, but AI potsized bet not that often.

He's probably using the same sizes for value too.

Not saying that he is bluffing, but I'd prob call here v reluctantly without any other information

Not in love with the squeeze preflop. I just dont like AJ here as it leaves you in tough spots out of position. Youve basically folded out the fish and isolated yourself out of position against the tough regular. Dont really like the flop bet size - id bet bigger planning to stack off if he raises. On the turn i dont think he has a hand (hes prob floated the flop) with two flush draws out there if he has a big ace or a 6 hes will want to get more in on the turn and make you pay to draw or get you pot committed with a weaker hand. His turn bet to me stinks of a size that is a cheap turn bluff but leaves him enough behind to shove bluff the river. I dont think he bets a worse ace here and he prob 3 bets ak pre. Id call with basically a bluff catcher - id prob call with any ace here but not sure if id call with anything worse.

I think squeezing here is fine imo. Often it's going to be the other way around, and you get the reg to fold and you play a pot against this fish with a hand that plays great against bad players. And AJo oop isn't exactly a great hand multiway.

With 2 flush draws on the turn I'd lean more towards a bet/call. I think river is a very close call since your hand is underrepped and almost all combos of AK and 6x are likely not in his range. I'd c/f a diamond river.
