Would you go ahead and triple barrel the KhQh here if called on the turn? If so, on which cards?
It seemed to me like you set your bet sizes up to give you a good price on your bluff and to have some fold equity left should you follow through and shove the river for half pot. Half pot will certainly not give you too much FE, so correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, which value hands do you play the same way here?

Great video Krantz!

I have a question about the deuces here. One continuing theme of a lot of the mid-higher stakes DC coaches is choosing to raise the spots when our hand has some type of equity. I know this is something BalugaWhale teaches and maybe you might disagree.

Why raise 22 here when we have very few outs if called? Is it the fact that we know that our chances of getting called are extremely slim that weigh it out? Also, was your plan to bluff certain cards? If so, I'd like to know which turn cards you would bet and why?

Thanks again.

i would usually give up if called. i just don't have the image to sell a bluff that works past raising the flop, and the flop raise is really only to fold out all his bluffs and weak hands.

since you like to put so much pressure on people, i'm surprised you chose not to buy in for 200bb. any comments on this?

this is a good point, i should be doing this always from now on - i think my videos are best when i'm exploring postflop play on the turn and river... and with 100bb i don't get there often enough :-/

About that hand KKJ92 board when u fire the 3rd bullett - i now u said that ur wanting to fold out jacks and 9's but do u ever expect him to fold those when they call the turn? I know the result turned out to be good though. But doesnt just seem like the best card to barrell.

of course i expect them to fold, that's why i bet - you don't expect them to fold, and that's where you are missing something :-)

Hey Jay, where you limp A2s behind the fish you say it was a mistake, but is there any merit to doing this considering you will probably be getting 3 bet a lot which will force the fish out of the hand, whereas when you limp behind there will usually only be one raise for the fish to call and you get to play flops with him more?

don't think i would be getting 3-bet a lot at that table

one of your best videos made so far krantz imo.
Really helpful. Keep up the good stuff!

I'm surprised you were able to play this exploitably though at 1000nl.
You always played your medium strength hands very face up (bet sizing). Also the depolarizing hand range was interesting, but I think you would shove that river 100% of the time with a king so I doubt he folded a jack there.

Anyway good vid!

you are looking at that hand (where i bet the K river) as if my opponent is thinking that i would shove the river 100% of the time with a king. he's not on that level. you have to play differently against different types of players. the most profitable strategy is not the GTO one...

ty for the compliments, coming up on 2 years of making videos and i think i'm really only just entering my prime! Horseshoe

ATs vs 88 Math

I'm making the assumption that the BT always folds when we shove and the c/r always calls.

We are risking 905 to win 1507 so we need 37.5% equity.

Against only sets (KK, 88, 66) we have 26.4% equity, but KK is obviously a lesser part of his range based on preflop play.

So if we put him on only sets, this is a fold.
