i think lately i've been overvaluing AQ way too much pre. Is this spew against someone with no real history? villain is josh3336 who is like 19/14, but the hand immediately before this, i raised utg+1, CO is fish and calls, josh squeezes and i folded. I haven't been active at the table, this was like the second or third orbit and i hadn't done much.
is taking a flop > 4bet+call?

The fact that you seem confident there's no history and that your image is pretty tight, it'd be a stretch for him to ever bluff in this spot. Fold to the shove, you have room. If there's no history or read, my default would probably be to flat this in position rather than 4-bet so early.

i cut aq outta my 4bet range and flatcall it, if this player is oop. im more inclined to 4bet bluff him though, because i wouldnt assume him to widen his 5bet shoving range that much, that i can profitably 4bet AQ for value.
#hes oop
#hes a tightass
#hes rarely coldcalling your 4bet
so even though hes folding a ton vs a 4bet, i assume AQ will loose longterm. but its really thin and based on my stupid assumptions
i call pre

With no history you should really never be 4-betting this, ESPECIALLY with position. You'd much rather 4-bet a hand like 27o. If you call, your hand is well-disguised AND you have position, where the action flows through you.
