No stats except this is a women playing. Figured a 3-bet on the flop if she'd hit. So I didn't give credit for a K-blah hand. Thinking more a pair that had missed or AJs/AQs.

It's not a great idea to bet this flop; UTG looks very strong limping UTG at a full ring game and then overcalling a $14.50 raise looks very much like aces, kings, ace king, jacks, all of which beat QQ on this flop. Added to that fact, the CO is all-in so the pot is protected. That means that UTG is pretty unlikely to bluff at this board, because he still has to beat the CO even if he pushes you out. Both of those factors together make the flop a definite check/evaluate, usually a check/fold. By the turn if you bet the flop you should definitely give up, because flatting JJ, KK, AA, or AK on this flop is not that uncommon at these stakes, especially someone wont of slowplaying, which is indicated by her limp/overcall preflop. As for putting her on a flush draw - I really really really doubt she ever has a flush draw here.

Well, I fired the turn and she called then got it in on the river. I just didn't give her credit for a huge hand...she shows KQclubs which I thought was pretty weird, that's not in the usual 3-bet calling range of AA/KK/AK. And she flatted all the way, she was way behind AK and might be up against AQ spades etc....she just didn't protect her hand whatsoever. Personally I don't even call a raise PF with KQ never mind to a 3-bet.

I mean if a spade or heart comes on the river, she's not going to know where she is and just be stacking off to A-blah suited and AK.

It confused me anyway, I was expecting a RR on the flop should she have AK/AA/KK or JJ.

I agree checking this kind of flop is probably the best play with Queens.
