so guy who limps alot
limps, i iso to 100 /10-20 nl
folds to bb 3 bets to 360 we are 10k ish deep
i call wiht Q9dd / flop 9h 4c Ad he bets 400 into 780
i call
turn 6d he checks , was going bet turn bet river try to move him off Ax KK QQ
i bet 1100........ and he check raies to 2900$
at this point........ i mean, turned big draws , set of aces = his range ........ call call seems sketchy cuz i dont know his river bluffing frequency
and i was just thinking awesome! im gonna get it in so good vs 87DD 57DD 58dd NOW SHIP ITTTT 7k more and he has aces 0_0

id check back turn some %.

When he check raises here his range is pretty polarized and you have a strong draw seems like a no brainer call on the turn. Jamming doesn't really make any sense because hes never raise calling worse and his small bluffing range has little equity vs you given your specific hand.

On river I'd call a jam on any 9 Q or diamond. Without a good read I prob wouldn't call lighter.

One consideration being that it is live i am more inclined to check back turn considering opponents 3bing range is stronger to begin with.

i like making half-pot flop bets, though moreso in position. OOP with that flop bet, the turn checkraise bluff and semibluff are a necessary part of my play. it's fun too. so your ship is a good play vs. me.

lots of live players play aggressive till 20-40bb go in, then they turn into nits, especially middle-aged and up. beware huge bets from anyone with gray hairs.
