Hmm, could be a position isolation 3-bet w/ AQ+, 88+.
Two options:
1. 4-bet squeeze to $1400-$1600. AC maybe folds with a marginal hand or calls his 99+. BMT could think, you just have a perfect squeeze spot. a.) Since he doesn't know you he must have a good hand to come over the top, so w/ JJ he maybe just calls and see a flop or shoves, w/ QQ+ he shoves. b.) He also have a wide 3-bet range(any suited connector,pair...), then he obviously folds.
2. fold
I think I would take option 1.

Wow this spot is really nasty. I know this sounds weak but I think I like folding the most if BMT hasn't been getting out of line. If you reraise you're in a real tough spot if BMT shoves, and when he does call you you're OOP playing for the side pot.
I think we can also assume both AC and BMT's ranges are tightened up more here, AC because of position and the short stack, and BMT's because of AC's short stack.
I dunno, your post title sums it up perfectly. I am thinking it's a reraise or fold spot though. The problem with reraising though is that you're in a tough spot preflop or postflop if BMT stays in the pot.
