NO postflop action with villian before, so i could use only his stats: 300 hands, flop CB 92%, turn CB 33%.
Do you like VB here or not? If yes, then what worst hand would you VB here? It's kinda hard to put villian on hand range and his thought prosess and do some math, cause we doesn't play before.

without any history i think a value bet is too thin. because there's 2 tens out there he could be pot controlling with a better pair and i doubt he looks you up with missed draws/ace highs in your first blind battle.

the weaker his range, the less likely he is to raise you id say. so acehigh,3x,44,55,66,77(88) are likely to just call you.
id bet/fold around 300-370
btw i wouldnt be afraid of him c/r a busted draw or 99 here (now).

I would definitely value bet here. He is very likely to have A3 or A high and with the draws missing on a board like that where you have a light flop peeling range, I don't think he's ever folding either of those. You value cut yourself against a bigger ppair once in a while or A2 but I definitely think there's value to be had on the river. $265 looks good.
