Parallels: Episode Seven by KRANTZ, WiltOnTilt, FoxwoodsFiend

KRANTZ brings in a guest host this week in WiltOnTilt. They review FoxwoodsFiend's play at $10/20. Perhaps Wilt will be more understanding of Foxwoods' aggressive style.

The real question is whats that in PISANGSORANG's avatar. From ehere it looks like a baked piece of dough.

It's a pisang goreng.

Conversation between WiltonTilt and KRANTZ was perfectly fine, IMO. And every session is not all fireworks even at high stakes I would assume.

The point is that we are all customers, If you buy an internet connection, you will not go i the next day to buy another one, because that doesn't ad any value to you. For ppl like me that has seen a TON of videos, we do not wanna se the exact same plays again, I can just watch one of those videos I have already downloaded before right???

I think this series has been intresting so far, and this is the only series i follow. But I have to say that this episode was close to point less, Ariel, could not get into hardly any interesting spots, I do not see the point of playing table w/2-3 shortstackers. I think I speak for most of the crowd, when that we want to see tough games, and new lines to take aginst regulars to throw them off. I think the content was too shallow, and added no new value for money. Without sounding to negative, but I cant hide my dissapointment on this episode.

Lol what a idiot ! Are you deaf? the commentary was great.... secrets have been revealed!!!!!!!!!!!

Great episode as usual.
In the hand where Ariel 3bet ROVIH from the sb with A6s and the flop came AdJd2d, wouldn't it be better to just check/call if you're going to bet/fold? Or do you think his range is really so tight he won't bluff when you check in that spot? Very interesting spot.

i don't want to give up free cards and i don't expect him to bluff raise too often, so a bet is better than a check and then a fold is better than a call

I actually thought this was one of the better eps in the series despite not having much in-hand action

wilt, im suprised you said calling AQ from UTG against a blind 3-bet is a leak. Could you go into a little more detail about that. I mean obviously it's player dependent, but against most multi-tabling taggish regs you think calling AQ there is a mistake? What about like 99-JJ, and if you see these 3-bets are being that strong, are you like flatting AK there? How drastically should your default calling range change if your UTG+! instead of UTG?

re: Parallels episode seven
Parralells or any of the series you and FWF have produced hav been XLNT, but this episode reinforces to much of what you have done tons of times before. I think an interesting series would be with making bets that doesn't seem sence or is in the loop right now, I've been coached by this site and cardrunners, and the coaches had many intresting spots where they bet small amounts 1/3 pot or 1/4 pot, and then I'm talking about other spots than the "raptor flop bet in 3-bet pots". So hard to explain.... but unconventional stuff which throws you opponents of and has logical.
