I have heard this from a few people, but would you say that 100nl HU is really the first level of entry into HU poker because the rake at lower levels is too high?

I've seen some killer-graphs at 50NL with 8-10pt/bb winrates. But rake is pretty insane for sure

Ansky you sound like you're from the mediterranean somewhere with all the passion and stuff. 
I think we should call down on most rivers too, but even more in this spot because his flop cbet was less than half pot, and I have a hard time believing he's good enough to bet 3 streets pretty small with a big hand anyways.
Also, I don't see why we're discussing deep ass metagame at NL100 after playing maybe 20 hands vs. the guy.

I haven't watched all the video yet so I can't comment on the educational value, but the entertainment value is definitely high.

I think a lot of struggling SSNL players will get something out of this video, because Ansky really rips into Gugel's flawed logic.
