Jfish, about 15:40 into the video, you flat an UTG raise from a good player OTB with ATs. You explain that you would be more inclined to 3-bet with smaller suited aces. Could you explain your reasoning for this?

Smooth calling allows the fish to come in with hands that Hero dominates. Being suited, ATs plays very well multiway especially since it's draws are to the nuts. The fishy blinds are not as likely to squeeze compared to TAG's, which makes just calling a bit more attractive. Also, 3betting a weaker suited Ace like A7s makes it very easy to fold to UTG's 4bet if the blinds fold and it gets back to UTG. The tendencies of the blinds are really what makes Hero's decision in this hand, however. It's kind of like what Josh says in his videos: hands that aren't quite good enough to call, go ahead and 3bet. So if one or both of the blinds were solid TAG's or LAG's, then 3betting would be a bit higher EV play than sc'ing.
