Regarding the 57o hand, where our opponent shoves over a river bet, why is this a "we gotta call" or a "snap call"?
He had, at this stage, shown relatively nitty tendencies, and what hands can he realistically be turning into a bluff having flatted a dry flop and then checked back the turn? Surely he'd have bet his bluffs on the turn after you checked? This seems either like a strong hand he slowplayed the entire way, or a showdown-bound hand that somehow improved on the river, like 77, 87, or K7?

the reason I said I would snap is because he seemed so nity in the beginning that I didn't think there were too many 2 pair combos that he could have as well as straights. The hand I was most worried about was something like 77 or a slowplayed set. I really didn't think he'd call PF with something like 78.
However you're right it was weird for him to spring into action there on that river, but we were getting 3-1 to call and I think he has something like KQ, KJ, random bluffs enough of the time here to make this call profitable. It's not my favorite spot but considering we're getting 3-1 with 2 pair there I don't think we can fold.

Have a question to this 57o Hand at 45:22 too.
What are you thinking about betting like 20$ into 48$ on the Turn, to set up a good sized Rivershove. Because I think there arent to much Kx Hands in his preflop-Range, so a good Part of his Range will be 8x and PP´s, which all have to fold to a good sized Rivershove.
Is this line to spewy, or okay given the fact that we haven´t 3bet him?

You know what, I like this line a lot with a bit more history. Right now we really don't know what his 3bet calling range is which is another reason I like 3betting some speculative hands early. You figure out what their calling range is, if they're fit or fold, etc.
Also, looking back on the hand...maybe you can find a fold but I think that's putting him on a bit too tight of a range. Sorry I went off on a tangent there but yes betting 20 to shove the river is fine and you can actually get away with betting smaller on the turn so the riverbet is even closer to a PSB.

nice vid, especially with the agro donk at the beginning. Its nice to see videos against bad players because there really arent that many out there, yet we're always taught to table select and play them when we can.

Interesting video. I thought you were going to be multi tabling as that's what it says in the description but instead you mention its a bad idea?
In regards to the 57o hand, I think this is a prime example of why 3betting hands like that without specific reads can get you in a lot of trouble. Just because you haven't 3bet a hand yet doesn't mean you have to choose that one. In general when I 3bet for the first time especially I like big cards that make legitimate pairs. You sounded surprised he called 3b with 78s...? I would factor that into his range and think that is towards the bottom of his range for shoving the river there. And you said he does that with a king? I think a king is just calling. Only thing you beat there is a bluff, is it really a "snap call"???
