I would love to see a series of basic strategy videos to give me a basis to learn HU play against different types of players.

WiltOnTilt and KRANTZ's series "pr1nnyraiding" which debuts on Friday and will run for the next 8 weeks will deal with a lot of basic HUNLHE concepts. The stakes themselves may be a bit higher than what you're specifically asking for (I don't know what stakes you're looking for when you just post "low stakes") but the principles that you use will remain the same once you learn to identify characteristics and exploits in your opposition. This is an important thing to note because while we do play games at a variety of stakes, we're not trying to teach you "what to do" but instead "how to think" about poker -- so whether you play $10NL HU or $200NL HU, many of the blocks that teach you to crush one will teach you to crush the other.
