Been waiting for this for a while now. Thanks a lot![]()
You did fold J9s in SB vs CO raise. You were hesitating with a 3bet but don't you think that calling is a better option ?
I consider J9s as a great hand to call even oop, you can flop monsters, decent pairs, and big draws. Those are great things to balance your c/c and c/r ranges imo.

We have a pair+fd but we also have the best hand often (and by raising don't we usually only get called by better whilst folding out worse? - with AsTs on this board or 6s7s on Ts6h4s it would be different). I guess what I'm trying to say is: why are we raising, and under what assumptions?
Raising and getting it in is obviously +EV (also, being aggressive probably makes the hand easier to play on later streets) and by calling we let dead hands like KQ and AJ see the turn, but there must be situations/conditions where calling has higher EV... Any thoughts?

Could you leave a time-stamp for the coaches please? Better yet, watch this short video: http://www.deucescracked.com/videos/866-Using-the-Flash-Video-Player and leave a time link, much easier for them to find the hand and answer your questions, thanks.

I am sorry I am relatively new to the site. I didn't manage to edit my message so it was at 7 mins on the bottom left table. I'll use the specific player next time.

Unless the 3 villains are complete nits here, I don't see you getting folds enough on the donkbet bluff. I see a lot of draws looking you up here.
I don't understand why you 4bet the 78o on the bottom left vs the 19/14 guy and not the KJ hand earlier against the 24/21 guy on the bottom right.
Hell yeah, I want my pockets green like Jongreenway too =]
so why have you played so many hands at NL200? any particular reason?
Your ability to run into aces with every single hand surpasses even my recent run.

Definitely. I'm cool with that for sure and I don't fold J9s there all the time at all. Could of gone either way ![]()

He isn't the type of villain to double barrell very often (32% of the time) and I feel like he's never going to bluff the turn so I feel like since we have so much equity vs anything that we have to raise the flop (other option is calling and leading turn). Also, since we are repping a lot of draws and so few combos of sets that we can get action from worse hands often as well (although he is pretty nitty and folds to c bet raises a lot too).
Meh. Not sure if I explained that well.

Yeah but I'm planning on betting tons of rivers and draws won't hit nearly enough to be able to call me.
