In a spot like this, where a guy like this makes a polarising bet and we know he doesn't bluff much at all, isn't his range going to be weighted far more in favour of value hands than bluffs?
Especially when the turn and river complete most draws and we're only getting ~2:1 on a call I imagine (results oriented) that calling here's going to be pretty -EV.

(I guess the same concept you were talking about with respect to his 3 barrelling range a few hands later)

Yeah this is right on the edge, we're probably better off mucking. Like you mentioned and I said in the video, I didn't do a really good job of making that adjustment this session.

Yeah I agree with everything you said here, however this was the first time I've seen him make a bet like that on the river in >1k hands and really wanted to know what he was doing it with.

Cheers for responses, video was solid - seeing play vs guys like this is probably more relevant to a 100hu player than seeing sick Q high hero calls anyway.

I liked the video, but I already mentioned that I thought videos like this filled an important niche. I will probably rewatch this later this week.

No, that's a good point and one I neglected to make. It just seemed against this particular opponent he wasn't folding to cbets regardless which is why I made the statement.

But yeah A high flops are great to c-bet against these types of opponents simply because they can't call with their overs.

I'm folding and kicking myself if he shoves. An overbet bluff on this board isn't working enough about this type of opponent.

I really like this video. It is 100x more useful for me to see how you play against non-regs. In previous episodes you said that making a video against non-regs is boring. To me it's not boring at all, it really helps my game. I often have a problem that I become very spewy after playing a lot and not watching any videos. A video like this helps me to go back in the zone. Also, I think that it shouldn't be boring to you either, becouse I saw that you often disagree with your plays. Until that happens there is no reson to be bored IMO.
