Cake's new client is in open Beta testing right now, and fixes the 6-max seating problem. It definitely looks much better, but still has other issues they're trying to get worked out.

Not sure how much I like checking here. Most players would cbet this with 100% of their air so when someone checks shouldn't you assume they actually have some type of showdown value?

Yes, that is the conventional thinking but sometimes you will need to give up with your air in spots where you are OOP against decent players on board textures where they are never folding. Checking some strong hands is just one way to balance that as I think I mentioned. I play against many regs who bet 100% of their range when I check OOP as the pfr. Sometimes they need to be punished for this. As I said, betting is the standard play but I think mixing in some alternative lines is good too.

Hey..
I just wanna say this series is great and Ive watched alot of instrucional vids and surely surfdoc is very smart and explains very very good.
Unfortuanally there is one problem with this series (only watched ep 1-3 for now but..).. Your m8 Mike... he is not bad in any way dont misunderstand me. But what you are saying is much more importent from a learning experience and the way he keeps interrupting you is really lowering the quality of this series..
Next time consider making a serie like this alone or with a m8 that does not interrupt you everytime you are trying to make a point...

and for the times you do get to make your point, I love it so GJ Surfdoc

Thanks for the kind words. I think mike did a better job of not talking over me in the 4th episode. I am not saying publicly that I kicked his ass but, well, you know. Smile
