Most of the videos are iPod compatible, but is there a particular reason why some of them (Lime Slice/Stuffing the Penguin) aren't available in iPod format?

Yes, multitabling vidoes are not converted into iPod format, because it will be unwatchable on that small screen. Believe me, I had some multitabling videos on iPod before and there was no chance to see the action .
