I have downloaded the video earlier, tried downloading it again. It's still the same exact file than the previous one on my computer which was downloaded December 7th. Avast Anti-virus with the newest virus definitions does not find a threat on my computer. If there's something, it should find it, because the possible virus would be at least 6 months old.
What anti-virus program did you use? Did it find other infected files on your computer?

I looked through the video thread and some other user has had the exactly same problem. A bit weird that you can't find a definition what this script would do even from BitDefender's web pages. Probably someone from DC should contact BitDefender and provide the video clip as a sample so nobody in the future would get these false positives.

Hopefully bitdefender can figure out why it's reporting false negatives -- I'm not sure what the submission process is for files that I'm pretty sure can't have viruses embedded in them to begin with (can videos have virii embedded?)

I have avg free and its the nuts, I have that video and it doesn't have a virus, Avg is amazing at detecting viruses.
This ^
AVG is 100% good for home.
I often use McAfee/Norton for business environments (2level defense client/server)

I would try to use the same channel as I would use when reporting viruses. They probably don't even know about the false positive, because one user got a report 7 months ago and now another.
Viruses can be inside videos, for example: http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/security-info/57265/WmvDown.A
In that case virus takes advantage in a media player vulnerability and is only dangerous to open with a certain Windows Media Player.
I would like to campaign for Avast a bit here. It's also a free antivirus for private use, easy to use and quite light. Depends on opinion if it's better than AVG or not. Both are good in my opinion.

Hey NerdPuncher,
Is there any way you can contact BitDefender and send them the logs/files that it's picking up? The difficulty for us is that there's no reason it should be picking up on this, and we can't link them to the file as it's behind a paywall, so I'd have to have a contact w/in Bitdefender for DC to be able to take care of this (from what I've found they don't have a false positive submission process).
The other option (probably easiest) is just to wait until BitDefender is updated, as it should have this taken care of in future updates, as usually happens with false positives.

If you look at the video thread ( http://www.deucescracked.com/forums/13-Videos/topics/19471-Push-AMT-4-180-man-turbo- , last post of the first page), you see that it is not going to happen. There's another member from 7 months back reporting the same exact problem and if the member would be contacted, I would bet that he's using BitDefender.
Quite unbelievable that BitDefender doesn't have a submission process for someone not using their product but having a problem with it. These false positives can really hurt a legitimate business and they can't do anything about it.
