Good video, Vanessa!
Good content Vanessa, but tbqh, your raspy voice makes it somewhat hard to watch.
And just fyi, too eazy is a DC coach.
Yeah, I definitely admit this wasn't the best video I made style-wise... but I think the content is awesome and the situations that arose were really cool, so I chose to put it up in spite of that. Sorry if you find it difficult to watch though, but I do think it's worth it!
haha, i opened up my DB before i saw the results in the video to see what i had on the K98 board that first hand. saw how badly i played that (imo) and was like oh jees, this is going to be embarassing, hopefully she doesn't rip me up too badly for it.
ANice video vaness, voice didn't bother me much, I thought it was good as per usual.

Timestamp on the hand?
DC running really laggy, it was literally the first hand worth noting. Within 3 minutes of the vid start.
loved this video - really entertaining. good job!

Yeah, I got distracted by the other hand I was talking about, but I was going to say given the board pair your hand isn't that bad. still, I'd much rather just bet the turn to protect your hand from sets and maybe get some value if i c/c one street with two pair/set/67 not believing you - it's just the worst straight card for you since it's the most obvious, so i can't rebluff you but i also won't pay you off much - protecting your hand on the turn makes more sense to me.
BTW Nolan, did you have AA when i laid down the KK? You don't have to say if you really don't want to...
I haven't finished watching but so far it looks like a pretty rough session.
At 19:00 the following hand comes up:
BB: AhTs9c8s
Preflop: UTG limps. HJ limps. Button limps. SB folds. You make a "frisky" raise to 22. The 3 limpers call. You will be 1st to act of 4 players. Pot = 90.
Flop: Ad6s3s
You have top pair mediocre kicker and a flush draw.
You c-bet 52 into 3 opps. UTG folds. HJ calls, leaving 189 behind. Button folds. Pot = 194.
Turn: 2s
You make your flush. You check. He checks behind.
River: Jh
You check. He checks behind. Your flush wins.
Q1: Is this a standard 3-bet into 3 opponents?
Q2: Would you call on the turn if he shoves?
Q3: I assume you would be more likely to call on the river than you would on the turn because he shows weakness by checking behind on the turn right?
- Greg
At 37:30 the following hand comes up:
CO: AdQcJh7s
Eff stacks: 416
Preflop: You pot to 14. Button calls. Blinds fold. Pot = 34.
Flop: Kc7d6s
You have a pair of 7’s. You check.
He bets 22. You call. Pot = 78.
Q1: Do you have a plan after calling here?
Q2: Are you hoping to pick up a 2nd pair on the turn?
Q3: If you are planning to steal when would you try it – maybe after a straight card falls?
- Greg
At about 37:20, the following hand comes up:
BB: KdQsJd8c ss
BB: 1643 CO: 401 Button: 2035
Preflop: CO limps. Your weak loose nemesis on the button pots to 18. You call. CO calls. Pot = 56.
You and the Button are over 400 bb’s deep. Wouldn’t it be better to 3-bet here and play with the initiative? If you 3-bet it would be to 60. If the CO folds and the button 4-bets it would be to 186 and you would still have 1457 behind after calling, so presumably you would have an easy call if he 4-bets. Also, 3-betting has the effect of reducing the postflop Stack-to-Pot ratio which seems like a good idea since you will be out of position. What do you think?
Flop: Tc9h3s SPR ~ 29
You flop a 16-card nut wrap on a rainbow board and lead out for 40. CO folds. Button calls. Pot = 136.
Wouldn’t a check-raise be the more standard play? Are you looking for a raise so you can 3-bet?

Vanessa I was just alluded to this video by someone on 2p2 so I bought a membership and watched it. You were continually berating my play, but from what I saw, you couldn't really figure out a way to counter me (even though you were hitting some unfavorable flops).
I just don't think you can make those conclusions about me after like 10 hands. If you want to make a video playing me heads up or something, I would more than accomodate you.
Either way, good luck and good video.
I don't play these stakes, so keep that in mind. But I thought Karls was VERY tough to play against in this vid from Vanessa's perspective
lol I wanna see a hu video
