Bit late responding to this, but I just joined so...
For several of the stats you say that these require "a large sample size". That's pretty obvious for a lot of them, can you be a bit more number-specific? Especially for the WtSD and W$SF stats.
Very nice video btw, after transitioning from SNGs/MTTs to cash I've been a bit lost as to what HUD stats are useful for cash, this helped a lot!

no problem bumping an old thread. we're always getting more subscribers who haven't seen any of our content, and you're every bit as entitled to ask questions as the people who found us first. we love the comments and questions.
for the thresholds I provided, I'd say 1000 hands for these stats are ok for a rough estimate, and 2000+ hands should be more reliable. unfortunately, I don't know how to run a sim so I can't solve for how many hands I'd estimate you need.
I love the pop-up stats for PAHUD and hold'em manager because it tells you the sample size for each stat, and it's usually pretty apparent how statistically significant the stat is. for instance, if you see someone has check-raised 1/50 flops, that's enough for you to assume a flop check-raise is strong. if he raised 5/50, that's 10%, which is usually a lot, but in this case it's conceivable that he got a couple of extra legitimate check-raising hands over this sample, and his longrun flop c/r% is something like 4%, which is pretty average. so even given a certain sample size, different %'s are more or less likely to be accurate
