I'll put my first sheet out there : http://i40.tinypic.com/2wpmc9j.png

and also a HH :

One of my goals were to run less crazy bluffs! Today one spot came up were I wanted to raise the river, which I normally would but I decided the better play probably was to fold! So one step in the right direction!

Boss, $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 5 Players

MP1: $288.70 (288.7 bb)
Hero (MP2): $175.31 (175.3 bb)
BTN: $266.64 (266.6 bb)
CO: $97 (97 bb)
BB: $204.79 (204.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with KHeart JDiamond
MP1 calls $1, Hero raises to $5, 3 folds, MP1 calls $4

Flop: ($11.50) 5Heart TClub 8Diamond (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets $6, MP1 calls $6

Turn: ($23.50) 6Diamond (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks

River: ($23.50) 9Heart (2 players)
MP1 bets $5, Hero folds

Results: $23.50 pot ($0.58 rake)
Final Board: 5Heart TClub 8Diamond 6Diamond 9Heart
MP1 mucked and won $22.92 ($11.92 net)
Hero mucked KHeart JDiamond and lost (-$11 net)

One of my other goals were to play shorter sessions, which is a problem for me! I don't wanna quit when I'm losing and usually end up playing 3h sessions just to get BE.

It has started out pretty good with 3 sessions under 1h but maybe it has been easy quitting just because I've been winning. The real test for me will come when I have a loosing session! But yeah so far so good!

Doing the BR "challenge" aswell, just hit 1800SEK, so next session is on NL200SEK, started out with 1200 btw!

Your welcome! Thank YOU for the series!!

Played my first loosing session since I started fresh and clean! It became a long one but atleast I took a break and didn't play bad. Felt a little bit tilted towards the end so quitted.

Question 1:

Do you recommend watching "So fresh and so clean" like once a week? To get some hands in between the episodes or can I watch one every day ? What do you think is best? Or maybe someone who have watched them all can answer that aswell Smile

Question 2:
Can I post HHs here or does it kinda defeat the purpose of a HH section ?

1. I think everyone has their own routines. As long as you're consistent with it, the specific timing really doesn't matter imo.
2. It's fine by me. I don't see why that would be a problem. I'll try to re-direct people here, as I've received a lot of PMs since the series started.

1. Ok I think I'll try to watch one every week as I can see some benefits to getting some hands and time in between the episodes! Even thou I really wanna watch them all right now because the first episode was so spot on !

2. Cool here comes two hands to embarrass myself! Punishment for FPS, herocalling and tilting! Plz rubb it in my face Grin

Actually won the first one! But this is TERRIBLEE:

Boss, $0.50/$1 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 4 Players

BTN: $204.92 (204.9 bb)
SB: $504.97 (505 bb)
Hero (BB): $396.50 (396.5 bb)
CO: $396.50 (396.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6Diamond 9Diamond
CO raises to $3.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $12, CO calls $8.50

Flop: ($24.50) QClub 7Heart TSpade (2 players)
Hero bets $16, CO calls $16

Turn: ($56.50) 6Spade (2 players)
Hero bets $40, CO raises to $102, Hero calls $62

River: ($260.50) 7Spade (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $266.50 and is all-in, Hero calls $266.50 and is all-in

Results: $793.50 pot ($15 rake)
Final Board: QClub 7Heart TSpade 6Spade 7Spade
Hero showed 6Diamond 9Diamond and won $778.50 ($382 net)
CO showed JHeart 9Heart and lost (-$396.50 net)

Ouff im embarrassed already !

Hey again guys. Almost halfway thru the 8 weeks. Thought I should give you an update.

I've lost some of my motivation but it's been going pretty good anyways.

Today I made a video with commentary, my first. Maybe I put it up in the members section, maybe not. Atleast I'm really happy I made it, this has always been something I've felt I should do, but never did. It was really hard playing and talking at the same time, but really good practice. So maybe I should put it up and get some feedback.

Here's some graphs

Big blinds since start: http://i47.tinypic.com/2mpa4j5.png

Swedish crowns since start: http://i48.tinypic.com/30nf5kx.png (started out with 1200Grin)

Stakes since start: http://i49.tinypic.com/14xmbsn.jpg

So I'm pretty happy with the results, should've played a bit more thou.

Been really lazy on the reward/punishment system, maybe it's just not for me. I pretty much do the same stuff if I fail or complete my goals. But yeah I get why it's good! I'll give it another try.

Once again, thank you. This has helped me alot
