Where should I pose questions for old video's made 2-3 years ago. Should I go to the thread or start a new one.

Would the authors of the vids still monitor the originals thread?

Many of the authors still respond to those threads - it depends on the author and if they are still a DC coach. Even if they don't respond, frequently other users will respond to the question as well, so definitely ask the question in the original video thread.
