hey

i had this. grinding session, antivir pops up, fake windows live security platinum windows pop up, computer shuts down. nothing working any more
took advice from http://www.fixpcyourself.com/how-to-remove-live-security-platinum/ but downloading the 2 tools from another computer, transfer them via usb and run them
now it SEEMS that my computer is working normal again. still kinda paranoid that there could be any leftovers etc. changed passwords of everything from other computer and blocked online transfers of neteller etc in advance for 7 days
any computer expert with advice if im fine or if i should take any other actions? something like a universal "check"tool exists where i can check my whole system if its clean?
never had something like that in all my years of using computer pretty much 24/7....thanks for any help
