Hello, yesterday i just purchased the Poker Puzzle 2nd edition and unlike other poker ebooks and videos there WAS NOT and immediate email sent with the links. My checking account has been charged over $500 and I have nothing! Are you there Oliver? I am 95% sure this is not a mailed item, i have sent a couple emails can you please reply

Almost certainly not. Most important thing is to not freak out, it's only been a day + Improva has always seemed to me like a really stand up guy. Have you tried PMing him on DC? Unfortunately I can't help you more than that, hopefully someone who is in contact with him will post in here.

Maybe because what people can download at the internetz is super outdated, the book comes with around 20 hours of video, 2 coaching sessions.. and much much more... It is not really a book.. Which is also why people don't get it emailed.. I prefer to connect with people and talk to them over skype before the purchase is finalized.. I want to make sure it is the right thing for them...

If you bought the original version (which didn't include the 20 hours of video back then), then are you entitled to anything with regard to the updated stuff? Or are they just completely separate?

Improva is one of the most reliable people I have ever dealt with so don't panic

Agreed... they go into each chapter with great detail to enhance the concepts... plus I consider all that just added bonus since the coaching from improva is like gold and worth the money alone

book, vids, forum access... all just perks... package is waaaaaay underpriced imo
