Hi, I was playing a full ring 2/3 nl in casino the other day! I was on the bubble! 6 callers for 3 bucks, sb re raised to 40, bb calls, 5th position calls and I called with pocket 6's! Flop comes 6s,2d,3d. Sb raises 40 bb calls and 5th position calls! I re raise to 110, sb and bb fold and 5th position calls! Turn 4c he checks I raise 100 he calls! River 9c and he pushes all in for 400 I call with my 350! I show trip 6's and he shows 9,5 off suit! I lose to a straight! Could I have made a different decision?

The OP is quite difficult to read, so I'll try my best to give some feedback.
On the flop I calculate the pot being 168. After SB bets 40 and BB and 5th position calls there is 288 in the pot. On this flop and with all the callers you really should be raising much bigger than to 110. You're giving a great price for people already in for 40 to complete their draws. I'd make it 300 and shove most turns.
As played on the river you don't give any reads, but I imagine you should fold to the shove.

I agree, you need to format a little better in the future. Since it's your first post check out some of the other hands, and try to post in those formats.
Usually if you break it up by streets it's much easier to read, and include as much information as you possibly can.
There's no stack sizes, you said "re raise" but never indicated that there was a raise.
Unless you're deep I don't think you can call 40 with 66.
With there being a 4line to a straight I don't think your set is ever going to be good vs. significant action.
