Greetings. I ran into this hand a few weeks, and was trying to find out what play would be correct the majority of the time.
Anyways, the player involved against me was sitting 300 BB deep. I had 250 BB. This player was highly aggro, betting a lot of his draws, 3betting-4betting OOP and IP. And would not be afraid to pull off huge bluffs.
MP Villain opens for $4 MP, I 3-bet to $14 with AA, Villain 4 bets to 35$ and I 5bet to $85 and he cold calls. Flop runs 10J7 rainbow and he open shoves 215 into 170 with me having 165 behind. he also begins talking to me and constantly looking at me, holding no poker face.
I believe in this spot since he is out of position, he check raises any sets, two pair, or virtual nuts. And shoves any draw, overpair, or bluff. With his drawing hands like KQ I would have 2 of his outs of making the straight.

going specifically off your reads it seems like a pretty easy call. Have any of his hands that he has 4b gone to showdown? I've played a fair amount of live poker and most times when a player starts talking out of character and staring me down he is just trying to intimidate me into folding.

What is your image?
In general I would not fold an overpair with an SPR of 1.
Also, I would probably make my 5 bet a bit bigger against this guy.
My image is pretty loose aggressive. Probably a bit above average on 3 bet sizing, also we had been going at it a lot that night since he was to my right.
Why do you say I should make my 5 bet sizing bigger? Since he is very loose wouldnt we want to try to get calls from usually folding hands?

I only played 2 sessions with him, and usually if there was a 4bet there was an all in. Sometimes he would call short stack all ins with marginal hands like KQ suited, JT suited...preflop.
In general, do you think with a tight player that hardly 4bets light would shove the better hand in this spot?

I don't think it's that big of a deal but a guy like this isn't folding to a 5 bet of $100

With an SPR of 1 on a fairly dry board it seems like an easy call to me, you're crushing KK QQ AJ AT in fact the only hansd we're worried about is TT or JJ so our equity is massive. I don't think I could ever find a fold here.

That says is all right there
Generally if I start seeing someone raise/shipping a few times I figure that's the only play they have, and they can't play their hand post flop. If I get a nice piece of the board (or have overs like you do) it's a pretty easy call.
Given the action I don't think it's going to be K/Q very often, I'd think it's more likely that he has QQ/KK. Like someone else said I think you can make your raise just a little bit bigger. I usually do 3x, so I'd probably raise to somewhere around 100/105.
You basically have a pot sized bet, and you'd be betting your 165 anyway. There's really no chance I'd be folding this flop.

I can't find a fold here. SPR of 1. Villain could be shoving KK, QQ on this board. Doesn't have many 2 pair in his hand. He probably wouldn't 4bet--->call less than TT... I think villains range here is really really tight and we crush that tight range. He could have TT or JJ... but he also could have KK or QQ... and more combos of those are left..
I don' thave a read on the villain but I really doubt he 4bets KQ type hands.

SPR is the Stack to Pot Ratio
it generally refers to the size of the smallest effective stack to the size of the pot on the flop prior to any betting on the flop
you should usually not fold overpairs with SPR's of less than 4; but certainly not fold overpairs with SPR's 2 and less
