Super loose semi passive game. I am in MP with one limp in front. I look down to AQo and raise. HJ button both blinds and the limper call.

Flip comes 2 2 4 with Two clubs.

SB donks,
bb folds
Limper calls
I raise
folds around to bb who calls, and EP limper calls.

Turn is another 2

SB donks again,
EP calls
I call

River 6 (completes rainbow)
Checks around.

Let me know how bad I am at poker and how you would play this.

Unless you think the donker is betting a lot of unpaired hands, I don't see much merit to raising the flop. I would just call planing to raise improvement on the turn.

No, the pot is big, we have the best hand some of the time and even when we are behind, we often have 6 outs to make the best hand.
