upper right: Would you open A2o in this situation? K7o? How about something like 85s?

Yes to A2 and K7, probably not to something like 85s, but definitely a little better, like 86s or T7s.
around 26:20 or so - agree re: note-taking. If you're going to take them then it's good to use them. I try to look at a note/stats before I make the my preflop action (calling someone's 3bet, calling, 3betting, whatever). I'll try to formulate my plan for how I'm going to play the hand vs this guy. This saves me from pausing and tanking during the hand (semi-obviously looking at notes, which means it's a close decision), or from autopiloting and folding on a scare card or something when I shouldn't be cuz the guy's range is too wide, for example.

I haven't seen showdown if there is one but I would not necessarily assign a strong range to the UTG limp raiser here. It seems in the past that this play more often meant monster but nowadays I see it much more often from people who are just plain bored or getting squirrelly for some reason. Not saying this should necessarily tip the scales but just something to consider.
