villain is tuan lee wannabee or whatever it is
At first glance I thought this was a bad peel by me, but against this opponent I think it might be correct.
What would be the bottom of your x/c twice bluff catcher range vs this opponent in this spot?
What would be a more standard cutoff against an unknown? KT?
Also, I think it is standard to expect two barrels in this spot and should factor that into your bluff catching decisions, however, in this spot, his range is so wide that, in my opinion, its pretty close to 50/50 against my range on this board. Therefore, do we still have to fold a few extra bluff catchers on the flop expecting the double barrel, or does the symmetry in our range make it so I should make more of a street per street decision based on the pot size at that moment?

If you're not going to peel this flop against Tuan, then you should just fold PF.
He's the ideal opponent to be limping your SB with weakish Kx/Qx/Jx hands.
I'd continue with my K5 on any card that gives me a straight draw, a pear, or a board pearing card. Ax's are also pretty good.
In a BvB w/ Tuan, I'd pretty much peel twice with KT regardless of the board.

Personally, I'd fold the flop, even vs TLW. I'm just not seeing enough residual value, and the turn is going to be mashed by hands worse than the K, 100 percent I think. Meaning, it's unlikely to be checked down from the turn on. I'm not going anywhere with the good Kx hands (like K8+, or backdoor fd's.) I think KT+ is decent guideline for peeling turn also, but depends on turn card. Couple reasons. 1) We want him to need to protect his weak pairs or Ax (rather than just checking every single combo to avoid a turn kr. 2) bluff catching - something should give up (like Q hi) on turns and rivers, though in practice don't be surprised to see your opponents barrel mindlessly here (and be kinda happy anyway since other hands will benefit more, most likely).
Given what KCarl said, maybe my flop fold is nitty? Maybe the flop is a pure odds play, peel to catch a pair? I dunno. I'm open to hearing what others say.

kpr16's probably thinking about not deviating too much from his usual default strategy, even vs TLW. I agree with KCarlstrom about postflop here, and I would call the turn on a 2 as well. Facing a river barrel obviously sucks, but I've called him down often enough that he doesn't barrel me mindlessly.

Were you planning to checkraise any turns as a bluff or semibluff? I imagine we're checkraising kings and that's about it as far as value range?
No I probably wouldnt semi bluff any turns with this hand. If the turn was a 6 or 8, Id still be happy to just use my hand as a bluff catcher and enjoy the extra equity. Yea for value id c/r a K but not a 5 on this board. I dont feel like theres anything wrong with this.
