Villain here is Duck Bucket, solid mass tabling TAG type, winning at steaks between 5/T and 15/30.
River play? b/c, check back, or b/f? Check raise bluffing here would be really unlike him.

Agreed that Check raise bluffing would be really unlike him. At first glance I think that you can get enough value against his worse Ax and JJ+ < Ax type hands to justify a b/f, but haven't crunched the combos yet.

Must bet, he must have a lot more Ax combos than Tx. Either bc or bf depending on your read, mostly on what he'd do with Ax here.
Yeah it has to be this, its a kind of tough decision if raised I think, probably like folding (I fold a lot though), but its a must bet

Any decent ace, I'd expect him to raise the flop, or the turn at the latest. A crappy ace, say A6s at the very worst, he may just check/call down.
Now what do we do on the river? I figure I'm good here just about never, but if I start folding AQ on this board, how do we stop him from making this play with KJ or KQ or other people taking advantage of that?

what stops him is that every idiot in these games would rather cut his nuts off than fold a pair. Keep in mind he's probably folding the turn if he doesn't have a diamond and you have the Qd. This cuts down the combos of those hands.
