BIO

Mike Landucci is 35 years old and has been playing live winning limit hold em for over 8 years now. He is one of the most prolific and respected posters on twoplustwo.com (mike l.) and regularly plays between 15-30 and 100-200 in the cardrooms of LA and San Diego. He has been coaching independently for over a year and is excited to be joining the DeucesCracked team and gaining a wider base of students. Mike uses email, phone, and especially live sweating and postmortems of live sessions in the LA and Vegas area to give students a personal precise evaluation of their play and breakdown a system for them to improve immediately. Many of Mike's previous students have found that he provided them with the skills they needed to quickly move up in limits and achieve their goals in live limit hold 'em. In addition to live games, Mike has recently started multitabling online full time. With over half a million hands of winning play under his belt already, he's looking forward to sharing his winning style of 6 max and full ring limit hold'em with new students.

"A few things about Mike l.

-He has an unforgettable way of saying things. His advice really stays with you when you are at the table, even months later...

-He's extremely versatile. When I first met Mike, I thought "Oh he seems so weaktight" but the more I learned the more I realized that he is not stylistically inclined in any rigid way, but he is basing all his advice on a virtuoso level ability to take certain bits of information of an opponent's playing style and extrapolate that into knowing what they would do in situations we haven't even seen them in. This even applies to conversations I've had with him about opponents he has never met.

-He sees basically everything that happens at the table. He must have a birdlike peripheral vision or something.

-He has an amazing memory for how people play even if he hasn't sat with them in a long while." - Snowball (2p2 student)
