John started playing poker during the winter of his freshman year in $10 NL games in the basement of his dorm. As evidenced by his plummeting GPA, he poured over all of the poker books he could buy and played 1ow fixed limit games online. He hit a big score and took a shot playing 100 NL, running hot and winning himself a bankroll for the game.

During this time he discovered 2+2 from the back of one of the books and began vigorously reading and devouring the information. He grinded his way up from 50 NL and has been a staple in the mid-stakes games online for the past six months. One of the original 3-bet students, John has learned a lot and is looking forward to giving back and sharing this information with his students. He is now specifically concentrating on heads-up play, and has become a force in the mid-high stakes heads-up games.
