I'm FenderJaguar and I coach poker.

I've been training students since early 2007 when I was writing articles for a different training site and started to get requests for private coaching. I continued to coach because I really enjoy helping people help themselves with something they're passionate about. When my students win, it's a win for me. I've had almost 200 students at this point with over 1200 hours coached.

I've been coached myself by multiple high stakes players including DC's favorite tale spinner Krantz. We made a 21 video series called Never Tell Me the Odds and if you haven't seen any of it you should put that on your list of things to do before you die :D

My coaching adapts to the needs of each individual student though commonly improved skills are mindset, hand reading, bet sizing, and specifically turn and river play.

A typical coaching session with me involves reviewing footage of student play or hand histories, talking a lot about theory and not only ways to improve but how to take the steps to implement those improvements without confusion.

I teach a clear and logical thought process. I'm not teaching you how to play so much as how to think, what to think about, and how to arrive at better decisions on your own. If you're a hard worker you will get the most out of my coaching, if you're a lazy thinker looking for easy ways to get good at poker I'm not the coach for you.

Before Black Friday I was playing 2/4+ (just beginning to play 5/10) 6-Max NLHE.
