Carpe Noctum

Alright so February is all but over.  It was definitely a good month for the most part.  I played MTTs a few times the first 2 weeks, and was able to mix in a few SNGs.  The second half of the month I only played HU.  I think it was exactly 14 days if I’m not mistaken.  I stuck to 50/100/200 NL.  Overall I’m glad with the results.  I really wish I would have logged more tournaments early on but unfortunately that wasn’t the case as things came up.

Eventually I would like to add 400NL but the fact that I’m constantly withdrawing money keeps me from attaining that goal as of yet.  In the future I’ll be able to for certain however. 

For next month I plan on hopefully playing strictly HU for about 20 days or so.  The other 10-11 days I figure I’ll probably play lots of MTTs since MiniFtops is approaching.  I’ll mix in a few off days obviously, but for the most part that’s what I’d like the schedule to look like. 

Other than that I’ve been able to do one on one sweat session with one member who played on Stars.  He was really pleased with how that went so all in all it went well.   Also I was able to partake in a session where we [members of this HU group and myself] analyzed another member’s video in part of a discussion.  I think that the back and forth analysis and comments that were brought throughout the discussion by each of the members was extremely helpful and definitely constructive in a lot of ways. 

In any case, I’m looking forward to next month but I’m sad to see this month go.  Next month will be $ick though.  That’s the plan.  Good luck at the tables.
