Playing on tilt...downswings...

So after much debate, I redoposited at UB with 1.5k, crushed for a couple months and got my BR to $8k after taking a few $k for living expenses and running 10 BI below AIEV :)

But this week, I hit a downswing - currently 8 BI.  I decided this morning to go through all pots >30bbs, and put myself and my opps on ranges, then figure the best plays.

I realized that I had been "button clicking" while playing most of these hands.  I wasn't putting ranges on anyone besides fuzzy/optimistic ones in hopes to finally win ONE big pot.

Going for long stretches without winning a big pot is my #1 tilt-inducer in poker.  But if I had taken time to CALM down, be realistic about their range, as well as taken a break as soon as I felt frustrated or "button clicking" AT ALL, I would probably be break even instead of down $800.
