Hey guys, this is more for myself for now because I need to start keeping a log to keep me on track when I head out to Vegas for the WSOP next week. I’ll be staying there a little over a month with 5 other players consisisting of JBT449, Jump Putt, Jbonus1, GetGot, and Kizrsloplay8. They are all tournament players exclusively, except myself and kizr who has some live cash exp. Its going to be a great experience for myself as a player and a person hopefully and hope to experience as much success as possible out of the trip.

Just a quick backround on myself to look back on and for anyone that takes interest in following this. I’ve been playing poker full time about a year and a half now on my own, and looking back it when I have some more time. its been a hell of a ride. I attended Western New England College up till my final semester where I took a big step to pursue the game full time living with another player who had experienced great success already in the game. It gave me a great chance to build a bankroll and learning how to be diciplined with my money. Theres just so much in this game to the untrained eye or player that can’t be taught in a book or watched in a video once, experience is truly a tool that cannot be matched. I could ramble forever about how I got started and my timeline, just for viewing purposes i’ll save that for another log.

Currently I play mostly 2/4nl and High Stakes MTTs where i’ve experienced reasonable success I guess. I’ve had a few scores over 15k but nothing over 20k online, and in feburary I got an experience of a lifetime getting 3rd in the 1k 1rebuy for 73k, which I had 60% action on. So I at least have a cushion now but would like to continue that success and much much more this summer. I have very high ambitions to be a great player, but still have leaks to fill in Cash and MTTs along the way. My goals by the end of summer are to be playing 5/10 and be rolled for almost every MTT online by September. I’m going to try to keep myself focused by updating this a few times a week. But everyday would be ideal. GL, ttys guys.
