Pretty sure Kinder Eggs have been banned in the US for a long time, but not because the toy is "non-nutritive." It's basically a choking hazard to children. I tried one when I was in Germany. Can't remember wtf the toy was now...

Yep, we *really* love chocalate! and coffee! And cake! and good bread... oh boy, so happy to be going back, yay good food (well, americans do have better steak... and ethnic food, lol)

So weird about 2p2, because I actually have made quite good friendships there. But then the assholes mostly leave me alone, same as in high school, because they had to pay me for me to do their math homework :P And assholes got charged more!

I have a strong feeling that there are pockets of really great people over at 2p2, but you have to know where to look. I'm more of an outsider looking in and see the plethora of idiotic posts and it just makes me squirm and want to run back to DC where there are far fewer stupid posts. There are obviously some really talented people over there (pokercast is the best podcast on the internet), and I imagine I would like it more had I been involved a long time ago. As of now, it is widely known that the signal:noise ratio is very out of wack these days. It's still a great place if used properly, I just wish it didn't portray such immaturity.

Germans are definitely crazy for chocolate, but I wouldn't think they would go so crazy for the chocolate in Kinder Eggs. I guess it's technically chocolate, but hardly the best Germany has to offer...

@bellatrix: My (baseless) theory is that perhaps you've had better luck with 2+2 because you're a limit player. I've found the draw poker forum to be extremely pleasant and helpful, but anything related to NLHE (my primary game) seems to have a large number of jerks who enjoy pointing out how much better they are and don't care about helping others learn. Non-strat areas like NVG are also far meaner than DC in my experience.

I do agree that there are some great people over there, but it gets buried in all the garbage.
