As for C-bet size? I'd generally recommend c-betting smaller. The basic reasoning being that we're only c-betting to fold out air. These bad-passive and bad-aggressive players don't like to fold hands... so the question is "what does a bigger c-bet buy you"? Might as well c-bet smaller, get the same folds, and lose less when you are called and have to check fold the turn.
