Posture - Sleeping posture

I dont even know if its an english word with the same meaning as in french.

So yeah, as someone who is obv. sitting often on a chair and working on computer, you might feel some problems in long term. (back pain, neck, etc)

Recently had more recurrents headhache, not the worse ive ever had , but annoying and more frequent.

I have a friend who is a chiropractician (dunno if it fit in english too) so in short, its a doctor that help people with injury pain, related to work, sports , etc and help the body to solve it.

Well she told me those headhache might be caused by my sitting posture, and also the way I sleep. So far, the description of my headhache was exactly the same caused by it.

So I might consult, cause lately its been more recurent and annoying. More on that in the future, so if its the case, it might be helpfull for some people around there, in the same situation than me.

Headaches can also come from eye strain, sitting in front of the computer and squinting to focus will strain all the facial and cranial muscles causing headaches. Only cure is relief and ibuprophin, and getting glasses if you need them. Just another possibility.

What kind of glasses ?

Im too young to need them to read (like a book)

And I needed them to see from distance, but got the laser surgery like 5-6 years ago and im ok with it now.

Ive heard of "rest glasses", is it what you are talking about ?
