GL man. Ironically enough I just read all about that in this new book I bought called the 4 Hour Body (Tim Ferriss). I heard that the first two weeks are difficult, but after you make it through that it becomes easier. Is this true?
I wondered what this was so tried the wiki, this led to an article by Dr. Piotr Wozniak

It is always difficult to assign a belief factor to material on the www. His site and articles do look quite believable to me, I have now read a couple of them.
Polyphasic sleep doesn't sound too useful for even hardened poker players but let us know how you get on with it.
