- Ive got the formation 2-3 years ago.
- The positions I occupied were over my rank since at least 3 years.
Yesterday, time have come and ive received what I think im ready to assume at 100% now :

Ive been assuming some jobs over my rank at the army.
It mean I was working at some position with a lower rank than it normally take to have, to be at those positon.
Just got promoted Sergeant, that what it mean :)
